Explore Bandarban

Bandarban, the most attractive hill track district of Bangladesh. On December’06 I got opportunity for visit there. Me and my colleague Mr. Hossain were reached Bandarban at 9 o’clock morning on 15 December 2006. Having Breakfast in local hotel, we have decided to hire an Auto Rickshaw for travel Bandarban. Our time is very limited, so we have to travel most attractive places in short time.

At first we stopped at SHOYLOKUPA, a very small beautiful site, where a tiny waterfall flowing smoothly. We saw some tribes women called BOME selling their handicraft to travelers. We stay here 30 minutes. Then we proceed to CHIMBUK, about 30 KM far from Bandarban town. On the top of this hill we found mobile phone network & then I talked with my mother.

ZIA PUKUR, about 2 KM far from CHIMBUK, here we found a large size artificial pool on the top of the hill. I was amaze to saw it!
